Meditation

Buddhist meditation is a very precise method of  working with one’s mind. It makes the mind calm and independent from constantly changing conditions. The goal of meditation is to free the mind from any weaknesses and limitations, and to develop  all its perfect qualities to their full potential, especially fearless wisdom, spontaneous joy and active compassion.

Diamond Way meditations act on the basis of identification with the perfect qualities of mind, with which we merge using symbolic, enlightened forms, language, or by very deep concentration and observing our inner states and the mind itself which experiences them. Thanks to regular practice we experience everything that happens as increasingly fresh and interesting.. Acting for the benefit of others becomes natural and spontaneous.

Common meditations
Several times a week we organize common guided meditations in our centers. Everybody can take part in Buddhist meditation. It takes about half an hour and no previous training is necessary. The practice is free of charge, guided in Polish.  Everyone is invited to our centers for the meditation: choose city/town from the list »
